the need
Empy partnered with Milies software development company to build their MVP product, which later was launched, winning second place on Product Hunt.
Empy is integrated with Slack to monitor the message from public channels to detect violent and non-professional communication. They required AI models' development to analyze messages.
the solution
With the help of Milies software development team and our API integration experience, Slack Bot was created, which can be installed in any workspace. Once getting an invitation, the bot reads the authorized messages. After analysis it can detect violent and non-professional communication and report to admins.
We built AI models by utilizing ChatGPT and custom HuggingFace models.
Later, we also developed the custom analytics dashboard part, which was displayed to admins for overall workspace and for everyone.
With the help of the seamlessly integrated Slack Bot, Slack admins monitor and improve team communication and emotional health in real-time by:
- Monitoring and preventing employee burnout and acting before it arises;
- Getting real-time insights into each team member's burnout level with the help of the intuitive dashboard displaying scores, helping identify risks in real time;
- Getting suggestions tailored to support employees, fostering a healthier work environment;
- Receiving detailed reports on individual and team health, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.
This LLM (large language model) software offers reports for every team member. Our front-end and back-end developers built this part for Empy users to get real-time data. The software now can:
